Dumonia: History
Poetry of Dumonia
Dumonia - The Land of Three
From a thought of powered God
Dumonia spread and then stood
Three great lands, split twain by sea
Anavele, Elevana, Velenaa be.
Ruled by Kings, the first one be
Anavele, across the sea
In the West the Kings reside
There men of peace abide
From Ibrevavil to Rhanestone long
The land did hear the God's good song
From Helgrin to Entighe wide
No evil creature did it hide
The Elves dwelt in the Northern parts
The hobbits south with barley carts
Dwarves lay under mountains
While men lived all, with his kin
The forest were always bright and green
Fish swam in waters crystal clean
Cities stood like citadels
Heroes strode, the stories tell.
Across the Gap, in the East
men of Elevana partook in feast
Barborous and war like tribes
They stood together, side by side
Blessed with were-beast
A thousand species, at the least
The lands were fertile, large and free
Birds and flowers, beast and bee
Led by Emperors all the years
The Empire spread from far to near
The Point at peak, Tiento at base
The lands of Elevana felt good faith
Their gaunt, tanned faces
Their horsemanship, good graces
Their curved blades and long dart bows
This land that only winter knows.
Protected by God's Fury
Velenaa be safe, protect be
Elves did dwell before men came
Now they see the land Selemane
Discovered by a foreign man
Wars were fought, the land became
Democracy, the people ruled
The Golden elected, his sceptre jeweled
The Jarrah Tree stood at its center
Chose the next rightful ruler
Strange beasts swept from this land
Dragons, goblins, Urgen bands
Greystone, Defra, Lispore too
Gap City and Obeonk true
These cities stood on an island
On which all the God's had smiled
There three lands to war may go
But times of peace do also grow
Joined together on one flat beam
They'll stand forever, it may seem.
